Welcome to The Story Stays
Previously Waffle-Free Storytelling (then StoryRiverFables for a while). I'm like a chameleon in a paintbox... can't quite make up my mind. The name has changed, but the vibe hasn't. This show is all story... no waffle. The original name came about while I was looking for a story show, and all I could find at the time were shows that had a story... but you had to wade through minutes and minutes of jibber-fabber! "Enough of the waffle!!" I yelled to the four walls... and Waffle-Free Storytelling was born.
NO WAFFLE! No rambling introduction, no jibber-jabber. A waffle-free story still gets straight to the point: story and nothing but. What you take from it is all yours.
The tales are 3 to 17 minutes long and, except for a few traditional stories or ones delivered by one of my amazing guests, are written and told by yours truly (Tina Konstant).
The tales are all fable’ish, myth’ish, fairytale’ish, and entirely human (zero AI... I repeat - NO A.I.).
Welcome to the place where coffee breaks become mini adventures, headphones become front-row seats, and truth is told through stories.
